Ongoal AB is embarking on a comprehensive storefront optimisation and multi-market expansion. Our shared goal is to lift conversion and average order value across five key regions—Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, and a global English market—while creating a future-proof Shopify Advanced site that remains easy to maintain and scale.

We’ll begin with an insight-driven discovery phase to align business objectives, surface growth opportunities, and ensure nothing breaks in the transition. From there, the core theme will be modernised and performance-tuned, replacing legacy code with a clean, modular foundation that supports Shopify Markets and custom Liquid blocks in a single code base.

Next, we’ll configure fully-localised storefronts for each Nordic market, complete with region-specific product storytelling, language, currency, shipping, and payment logic. A dedicated English-language site will serve global customers, all managed from the same streamlined admin. To keep content fresh at scale, we’ll implement an automated translation and fallback pipeline that works seamlessly with your existing apps.

Finally, we’ll redesign high-impact templates—such as the Home, Collection, Product, and Landing pages—applying CRO best practices to maximise engagement and checkout completion. Robust QA and user-acceptance testing will ensure a smooth rollout, and our team will remain available post-launch for knowledge sharing and ongoing support.
